Shipping , Returns and General Online Ordering Information
Domestic Shipping
Unless otherwise specified, all merchandise ordered online that
is in-stock will leave the warehouse within 24 hours with the exception of orders
placed after 3 o’clock on Saturday afternoon, which will ship on Monday. Merchandise
will be shipped via priority mail with a tracking number or UPS ground, not including
Hawaii or Alaska. Quick shipment methods such as overnight are available upon request,
please call the CLC for prices and details or select that option when placing your
order. Once you have placed an order online you should receive a confirmation email
and shipment information such as a tracking number.
International Shipping
These rates will vary depending on location and product. Please
call or email the CLC for details.
Duties, Tariffs & Import Taxes
Customer is responsible for all duties, tariffs, and/or import taxes. CLC will collect
applicable sales tax from orders with in local taxing districts:
Gift Certificates/Discount Codes
Gift Certificates bought in the store can not be used on internet
purchases. Only designated discount codes can be used on internet sales.
Backorders
If part of your order should be out of stock, we will ship the products that are
in stock at the time of your order and charge you ONLY for the products that are
shipped + shipping. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as possible and your
account will be charged for those back ordered items when shipped.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please call the CLC within 48 hours of receiving your delivery to
give notice of any goods that have been damaged in shipping or if an item is missing.
Returns- Online
Send returns to Colorado Lacrosse and Company, Inc with insurance and/or a tracking
number. Colorado Lacrosse and Company, Inc is not responsible for lost items. Full
refund will be given on all items returned within 30 days of original purchase date
as long as it meets the following criteria:
- Customer has obtained a return authorization # from a CLC staff member
- Must be in the original packaging and condition of purchase
- Must not show sign of being worn or used
- No returns for any custom clothing, uniforms, or custom HELMETS
- All non-custom helmets returned in their original condition are subject to a 15%
restocking fee. Shipping from original order will be refunded; shipping cost of
returning the product will not be covered.
Manufacturer Warranty Return
The CLC will gladly honor all manufacturer warranties. All defective
products must be sent to the CLC within the warranty period (for most items, 1 year)
with original receipt of purchase from the CLC along with the Return Authorization
# obtained from a CLC staff member. Products under warranty will be considered void
if subject to the following: etched, dyed, drilled, cut, baked and/or pinched. Manufacturer
has final say on what is void under their limited warranty. **Please note as of
October 1, 2006 many manufactures are changing their limited warranty policies from
one year to six months.
