Info:
PLAYING SEASON
5th-8th grade Havoc players are part of the CGLA (Colorado Girls Lacrosse Association) and the main playing season is in the spring.  Sign up starts in January, practice starts towards the end of February, and games start the 3rd week of March.
Most of the team we play in the CGLA league are from Denver so there is traveling involved.  There are 8-10 games a season, Havoc usually gets 2-3 at home each spring.  Team transportation is not included, carpooling is reccomended.
Starting in the Fall of 2007 the CGLA will be offering a fall league to Havoc team if we have enough interest.

BACKROUND ON THE HAVOC ORGANIZATION
The "Havoc" Girls Lacrosse Program was started in 2002.  Incase you are wondering where our team name came from or what it means we will explain.  During the first week of the new program that name was voted on by all the brave girls who ventured into a new sport from others such as softball, soccer, hockey and yes...even basketball!  The name "Havoc" means that we wreak havoc and destroy all in our path, in this case our competitors.  You will notice our logo resembles a tornado.  Enough said!
Since the program started there has been a steady leader and experienced coaches mostly CSU womens lax players or lax alumni.
To find out more about the coaches/leader you can click on the "coahes" tab on the menu bar.
Information on the LEAGE in which TEAM HAVOC Plays:
THE CGLA (COLORADO GIRLS LACROSSE ASSOCIATION)
Briefly the leage consists of teams from all over the Metro Denver area, western slope, Co. Springs and Northern Colorado.
Throught the season, Havoc will have about 8-10 games, most of which are not held in Fort Collins.  Spring of 2006 we were lucky to get 3 in Fort Collins.
For more information on the CGLA click on the "CGLA site" link on the menu bar to the left.
